 Dear Friends,

It is time to make plans for finishing those UFOs in 2021.

Here is how it works:

1. Download and print the 2021 Challenge chart at the link below.

2. Fill in twelve projects that you want to finish this year. You are welcome to post a picture of your list on the NAQG Facebook page.

3. On the first of each month, I will randomly draw a number 1-12. That number will correspond with which number project you work on throughout the month. The number will be posted on the NAQG Facebook page.

4. At the end of the month, fill in your progress and post pictures for everyone to see on the NAQG Facebook page.

5. By the end of the year, you will have 12 finished projects! Or you will at least have made a significant dent in your stack of UFOs.

If you are ambitious, you may fill out more than one sheet.

Prizes will be awarded in January 2022 for posting your list and completing the list by the end of 2021.

Happy New Year!!

Most of us are staying or working from home and by now have a little “cabin fever”. The challenge is to make a log cabin quilt. It can be any size and can be a table runner, a bed runner or a quilt. You can use any log cabin you like; wonky, pineapple, scrappy, curved, star, maple leaf and the list goes on and on. Have it done by Christmas when hopefully we will all be together for a Christmas party.  You are encouraged to post a picture of your log cabin creation in progress on the NAQG Facebook page.

APRIL Guild Meeting Cancelled

UFO Challenge

Do you have a pile of UFOs calling your name? List nine of them on a piece of paper and label them 1 through 9. At the beginning of each month from April through December a number will be posted on this blog, on the NAQG Facebook page and in the newsletter. You are to finish the UFO with that number in that month. Please post your finished UFO on the NAQG Facebook page. If you are really ambitious you can make more than one list. Three lists: three projects per month. Looking forward to seeing all of these projects finished by year end.

Next Guild Meeting

The NAQG Board will be holding a meeting via teleconference in early May and we will announce decisions concerning future meeting dates at that time.
