July 20 - Modern Quilting Lecture and Trunk Show

Leslie Lamb with the Oklahoma City Modern Quilt Guild will present the evening lecture titled "Modern:  What Is It?"   Join us for an informative evening of modern quilting, a timely follow-up to the newly formed modern quilting small group.  There will be no workshop this month.  If you haven't already signed up for the Advanced Machine Quilting lecture taught by our own Sabrina Diehl, you can still register by contacting Carolyn Miltiadou.  Sabrina's workshop will be August 17.

July 15 - Modern Quilting Small Group Meeting

NAQG announces the formation of a modern quilting small group.  The Norman  modern quilting small group is confirmed for Room C at the Norman Public Library Central on July 15, 6:30-8:30.   Bring your own drink and finger food to share.  (There are 19 of us on the list so far.)

For our first get-together, let’s plan on meeting and greeting, sharing resources, and show ’n tell. Bring anything you are working on to share with the group—modern or not, finished or not.  We want to see it all!  And be thinking of an official name for our new group!
